Dr. Ken Rhodenizer, DDS
After completing his Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biology at Acadia University, Dr. Rhodenizer graduated from Dalhousie Dental School in 1990. Following graduation, he entered private practice and quickly realized that he would need more training to enable him to provide the best of care to his patients. He began to pursue continuing education courses in crown and bridge and in surgical procedures, a pursuit that continues to this day.
Dr. Rhodenizer was the founding member of the local Tucker Cast Gold Study Club after traveling to Seattle, Washington, to study with Dr. Tucker. Beginning in 2000, he embarked on an educational journey at the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida. This education provided him with tools that help him treat patients with a more comprehensive view, allowing them to achieve more in terms of predictability, comfort and function. He applies the techniques and applications he learned there every day. His extensive training in fixed and removable prosthodontics, restorative dentistry and surgeries allows him to offer all aspects of comprehensive care to those who walk through the doors of Anchor Dental.
Dr. Rhodenizer is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, the Nova Scotia Dental Association, Halifax County Dental Society, Tucker Cast gold Study Clubs, Atlantic Implant Study Club and the Canadian Academy of Restorative Dentistry and Prosthodontics.
